Welcome, I am Mary Wright of Hidasar Farm located in north eastern Texas. I breed, train
and show Dachshunds. I raise both Miniatures and Standards in long and smooth coats. I breed all colors including red,
black/tan, cream, sable and dapple.
I have been raising dogs since the 1970's and have many with championship pedigrees. I have
finished eight new champions in the last year with APRI and one Best in Show winner, Pc. CH Hidasar Carousel,
SL in 2003. an hound group winner in 2005 at PARADE OF CHAMPIONS as well as 2 prominent champions
in 2006. an 2 working on prominent ch. for 2007,

I started raising dogs many years ago then raised pinto
arabinan horses for many years before returning to raising, training and showing dogs again. As a nurse my experience and
knowledge has helped me over the years with the care and well being of all my animals. I strive for good solid confirmation
in my dachshunds both standards and miniatures. I raise my pups to be lovable, with good temperment and well socialized.
I will have pups occasionally from my standard and miniature
breedings.
